Mike Francesa brings his feisty, hard-hitting brand of sports talk to WFAN weekday afternoons from 1:00 to 6:30 PM. Mike and former partner Christopher Russo created the two-man talk team of Mike and the Mad Dog that became the industry standard. During the football season, Mike also hosts the Sunday morning program, "The NFL Now" from 9AM to noon.
Mike has earned the respect of both listeners and his peers. An extremely intelligent and articulate talk show host, Mike’s knowledge of the sports world goes unmatched by anyone in the business.
Mike’s career has included stops at CBS Sports where he served as an in-studio analyst for college football and basketball as well as a stint at MSG Network. Mike also hosts the popular Sunday Night sports show "Mike'D Up", which can be seen on NBC-TV in New York City.
A graduate of St. John’s University, Mike resides on Long Island.
