There was certainly plenty to talk about as the Yankees get ready to welcome the Phillies to the Bronx for a pivotal Game 6 and the Boom will be in attendance. Boomer was so excited about going to the game, along with his daughter Sidney; that he vented some of his energy by beating up on Craig, literally. Game 1 will be a match-up of former Cleveland Indians CY Young Award winners, in Cliff Lee for the Phillies: who won the AL CY Young last season (2008) and CC Sabathia for the Yanks; he took home the AL CY Young in 2007, great game if you’re a fan of the Indians. The Running of "The Bull" What a great day for Yankee fans and yes, another day of gloom for Met supporters. The Yanks in FIRST PLACE, tied with the Red Sox following their loss last night, after a sweep of their series with the Twins. Mark Malusis’ overnight callers were pumped about yesterday’s afternoon win when I arrived around 4:30.
