Lori Rubinson

Lori Rubinson is one of WFAN's newest hosts; her first show was on Memorial Day.

Lori made her national television debut on "Dream Job" where she was one of 12 people selected from 10,000 who auditioned in 29 cities. Okay, she didn't win - but it did launch her into a career in sports broadcasting.

Following "Dream Job," Lori was featured on MLB.com and CSTV (College Sports Television). From there, she teamed with Dave Cooperman to form a radio show called, "The Sports Buzz" first on WFAS in Westchester and then on WCTC in New Jersey. While at WCTC, Lori had a chance to cover Rutgers University football and basketball (men's and women's). While she can't say for sure that she was a good luck charm, her two years covering Rutgers coincided with the first back-to-back bowl appearances in the 137-year history of RU football.

Lori got her first sports job on Grassroots TV in Aspen, Colorado as host of "Aspen Sports Update." An avid fantasy football and baseball aficionado, Lori is a regular contributor to www.creativesports.com. She's also featured as a draft expert in a fantasy magazine, Fantasy Football Professional Edition, coming out this summer.

Lori first fell in love with sports when her Dad took her to Mets and Giants games when she was a kid. A graduate of Brown University, Lori enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, movies and theater.
