To me this game is very similar to the Rose Bowl. You have a Georgia Tech team that has the speed and athleticism of a Pac 10 team; meanwhile Iowa is built like a typical Big 10 team that makes their living with strength and power. The only difference is you’ll see speed have the advantage in this one.

This is not the game that many expected, myself included. TCU was a solid touchdown-favorite mainly because of their perceived advantage on offense against the soft Boise State defense.

Chick-fil-A Bowl – Virginia Tech (9-3) vs. Tennessee (7-5) This is sure to be a great game. Both the Hokies and Volunteers had great finished to their seasons. Tech is on a 4-game winning streak while Tennessee has won 4 of 5. First-year head coach Lane Kiffin brought a swagger to the Vols when he first took the job and even though they haven’t had great success this season.
