Knicks Great Dick McGuire Passes Away
New York Knickerbockers legend and Basketball Hall-of-Famer Dick McGuire, who helped shape the franchise’s destiny for more than half a century, passed away today on Long Island at the age of 84. He died at Huntington Hospital of natural causes.j

Year of the Rooster
The Knicks opened up 2010 with two of their most complete performance of the season, upsetting the Atlanta Hawks and then beating the Pacers by 43 points at home. The signature play that everyone has seen by now was Danilo Gallinari’s drive and slam over 7’2” Roy Hibbert.

2010 is Finally Here!
For years, Knicks fans have simply said “Just wait until 2010.” Well, it’s here! This is finally the year the Knicks truly start escaping from the doldrums Scott Layden and Isiah Thomas put them in during the first part of this century. Even better, the team on the floor is actually playing good basketball for the first time in a long time.
