Chris Carlin

Better known as the "Continent," Chris Carlin is the sportscaster for the Boomer & Carton Morning Show. In addition, Chris is the host of the New York Giants' Pre and Post game coverage on WFAN. Chris has called Giants pre-season games for the FAN and is also the play by play voice of Rutgers University Football. Chris has appeared several times on ESPN2, as well as CNBC, MSNBC, Fox News Channel, CSTV and the YES Network.

Formerly the producer of the "Mike & The Mad Dog" show, Carlin took over from Joe Benigno as the host of the overnight show in the Fall of 2004 and continued in this position until May 2005. In addition to his current work with the WFAN Morning Show and the Giants, Chris continues to host shows on the FAN.

Chris grew up in Chatham Township, New Jersey, and attended Oratory Prep High School in Summit. A 1995 graduate of Hobart College with a BA in English, he called three years of minor league baseball play-by-play in the Chicago Cubs organization prior to joining the FAN as an intern. He has been a bullpen fixture since.
